Doing the Right Thing...

In 2004 with growth of the PC era in high gear, I found myself regularly repairing computers for friends and acquaintances in the evenings at home. Working full time as a computer systems manager for a local company, my popularity started to grow as an honest and fair person who also repairs computers. 

“I really didn’t plan on starting a business, it started it’s self.” As service requests kept coming in, I decided to make it official and started my company "All Things Digital Co". 

“I am a man of integrity and I knew that if I was going to do something, I would settle for nothing less than doing it right.” If your computer can be fixed with no extra added expenses, there will be none. If it requires an upgrade, I will offer you options including advice. I often get computers where the customer will ask for a memory upgrade or hard disk upgrade and the computer just isn’t worth adding all that extra money into it. In these cases, I usually advise the customer to save the expense and shop for a new computer”. 

Fixing your computer the right way doesn’t mean rolling back to a different date nor does it mean resetting it back to the day it was purchased.

“I like to fight the battle! I live for the challenge of finding the problem or the bug and fixing it! If I were to charge by the hour for each computer I service, most often I would have to charge more than what the computer is actually worth. I address your computer problem aggressively and leave no stone unturned in order to find a solution. I work on all computers not like they were mine, but more importantly, like they aren’t mine! After all, your computer is very important to you and I respect that fact!” 

I treat client data with the utmost privacy. If the data on a crashing hard disk can be recovered or saved using the most advanced scanning tools, I will retrieve it. In some cases, this simply can not be done.

I have been in the computer industry since its infancy and dealing with PCs before the general public even knew what a Personal Computer was. When I came into this profession, there were no PC courses in any class rooms anywhere! I ran among the pioneers!” 

My specialty is eradicating computer viruses; I pride myself on having an extremely high success rate with even the most damaged PC. Replacing hard disks, upgrading RAM, upgrading a computer system's hardware is all part of just another days work for me.
